Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING: Except in rare circumstances, items paid for within regular business hours are shipped within 24 hours of payment. We want you to receive your items quickly. We offer a variety of shipping service speeds to accommodate your needs, and we would be happy to provide you with an estimated delivery date. We cannot guarantee arrival dates due to USPS conditions that are out of our control. Please be assured that we always do our best to provide you the best value in shipping.
International Customers: Please note that customs charges or any other import duties are levied by your local country. Violetville Vintage is not responsible for these charges. Please check with your country's customs office to assess these costs prior to purchasing.
RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of vintage clothing as one-of-a-kind and previously worn, returns are not accepted. Because we take great care to provide accurate laid-flat measurements on each garment, we do not accept returns due to poor fit. Each item is inspected thoroughly by 2-3 people, and any flaws that affect wearability are detailed in the "Condition" report of each item's description. We may on occasion miss a small issue, but it is more likely that you will be pleasantly surprised with the condition of most garments. We grade condition in thorough detail. Please see our Size and Condition page to learn more about vintage clothing.
In the rare case that we have grossly misrepresented an item, we will issue a store credit for the full purchase price of the item plus the original cost of shipping it to you. In such cases, items must be postmarked within three (3) days of the item's delivery date and must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. We reserve the right to deny items shipped after this date. Poor fit or small condition issues do not qualify as gross misrepresentation. Decisions regarding exchanges for store credit are subject to our approval.
