In addition to using your credit card, you may also pay either by Paypal or by a money order in US funds. Your items will be held for seven days from the date of our initial email to you letting you know how much to pay. We must receive payment within seven (7) days or your items may be re-sold.

Shipping Info

We have an excellent reputation for fast shipping! Your items will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date we receive your cleared payment (we are shipping ninjas and we ship everywhere!).

We ship domestically via USPS Priority Mail, which typically arrives at your home within 3-5 business days from our ship date. All domestic shipments include free delivery confirmation, so if you think your package is lost (we've never had anything lost by the way), or if you're just concerned, please let us know!

We ship internationally via USPS Global Priority Mail. Your package will typically arrive between 5-7 business days from our ship date.

Please contact us with any special shipping requests such as Express Mail, registered mail, or to purchase shipping insurance. Violetville Vintage has never had any postal losses! By purchasing from us, you agree that we are not responsible for such losses should they occur.

Refunds / Returns Policy

At Violetville Vintage, we do our best to offer quality items at appropriate prices. We also take care to measure accurately and disclose visible flaws. If you have any questions, please contact us.

We feel confident you'll be happy with the items you purchase from us. But if you're not, simply return them to us within seven (7) days of receipt, and we'll refund the purchase amount to your credit card. Returns exceeding $200 will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You now have a choice to pay securely with your Visa or MasterCard online! Any payments through our website are completely secure, and your customer and payment details are completely private. We never see your credit card details, and under no circumstances would we share your information with any other persons or organizations.
